Jacuzzi Bath Remodel seeks a Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Admin team, ensuring timely review of contracts, paperwork, and Salesforce documentation across markets. You will develop SOPs, manage daily operations, and coach Specialists to meet deadlines and drive efficiency.

With 5+ years in sales operations, you’ll analyze metrics, oversee Salesforce usage, and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and performance while supporting nationwide sales goals.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the home improvement or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of improving sales processes and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
• Experience leading teams or projects is a plus.

The Sales Operations Manager leads the Sales Admin team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales paperwork while developing team members and improving operational efficiency. This role oversees day-to-day team operations, including onboarding, training, workload distribution, performance tracking, and process improvement, while partnering with Sales leadership to strengthen sales operations and support nationwide sales goals.

Compensation is based on experience; $75,000+ and annual bonus potential.
