Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks talented individuals for its Management Training Program in Beaufort, SC. You will begin learning the business from day one, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise.

The program aims to prepare you to manage a future branch and drive growth within the local markets. You will gain hands-on experience across sales, service, finance and operations, with mentoring and a culture focused on internal promotion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage daily operations.
Develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch and grow the business.
Receive mentoring and on-the-job guidance to ensure success.
