Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. You will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing skills to run your own location.

The program provides mentoring, training, and opportunities to advance within the Enterprise Mobility network across multiple branches in Louisiana. A bachelor’s degree and customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch and grow the business.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment.
