You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy team, earning at least $52,000 annually with optional weekend premiums and opportunities for advancement after a structured training period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with preferred Business or Marketing focus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Results oriented with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to drive Penske vehicles including a 26' box truck.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Position regulated by DOT; driver qualification file and safety checks required.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage a large vehicle inventory balancing productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and nurture existing relationships.
