Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in City of Industry, CA, seeks a Sales and Operations Management Trainee. You will run a business, solve problems, and learn Penske processes, technology, and culture through structured training and mentoring.

You will gain exposure to sales, operations, finance, and customer service while building a foundation for management roles at hundreds of locations nationwide. This hourly role includes a hybrid learning path and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Customer-facing internship or related experience preferred.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles (26' box truck).
• DOT-regulated role with driver qualification file; MVR, DOT Physical, and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work the assigned schedule and location.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage fleet inventory to balance productivity, profitability and satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
