Job summary

You will rotate through sales, operations, finance, and customer service, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technology and Penske processes. A bachelor's degree is required, with travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferred in Business/Marketing).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role.
• Results oriented with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500.`
• Manage fleet inventory to balance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-moving setting.
