Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, based at our Fayetteville or Griffin offices. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and lay the groundwork to eventually run your own branch.

The program combines on-the-job training with mentoring, covering sales, customer service, marketing, finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships to grow the business.
