The Home Depot is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support Inside Sales teams—ProSales, TradeSales, and Digital Sales—by shaping strategy, improving processes, and enabling scalable operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Consulting, HR, Learning & Development, or related function.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate with associates, managers, senior leaders, and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
• Experience developing business processes, programs, or operational frameworks in dynamic environments.
• Champions AI‑enabled tools and workflows to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results independently.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning by analyzing trends, sales performance, and workforce needs.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements across three teams.
• Serve as liaison between Inside Sales and HR, Finance, Workforce Management, and Technology.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs, transforming data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Coordinate training programs and onboarding across the Inside Sales organization.
