Job summary

Atlantic Plywood Corporation seeks an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency of the sales organization, optimize processes, data management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support revenue growth.

You will coach teams, partner with GM and COE of Sales, manage CRM data, monitor inventory, OTIF, and provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts to support purchasing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales operations management.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, sales operations management, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in a high-growth sales environment requiring collaboration, strategic thinking, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a high-performing sales environment.
• Develop, monitor, and manage team goals related to sales performance, gross profit, inventory health, and OTIF.
