Job summary

Blue Ops is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations in West Palm Beach, FL to build and scale the sales infrastructure supporting rapid growth. You will connect Sales with Marketing, Contracts, Finance, Production, and other functions to ensure opportunities move from engagement to revenue.

The role includes owning the sales process, pipeline, forecasts, dashboards, and governance, while serving as the primary liaison to Red Cat’s government contracting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Strong CRM governance, data quality and reporting.
• Ability to develop forecasts, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Translate revenue objectives into a disciplined sales operating plan.
• Design and improve the end-to-end sales process from lead to revenue.
• Own pipeline integrity, forecasts and KPI reporting.
• Serve as CRM owner and drive adoption across the sales org.
• Collaborate with Contracts and government contracting to support opportunities.
