Job summary

Blue Ops, a division of Red Cat Holdings, is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to build and manage the sales infrastructure supporting its autonomous maritime business. You will partner with the Senior Director of Sales to create processes, systems, reporting, forecasting and operating discipline enabling the sales team to scale and convert opportunities into revenue.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Strong CRM administration, governance and reporting skills.
• Experience developing forecasts, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Finance and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate revenue objectives into a disciplined sales operating plan.
• Design and improve the sales process from lead gen to delivery.
• Establish sales stages, standards and ownership across the pipeline.
• Create scalable processes for government, defense, international and commercial opportunities.
• Own CRM standards, data quality and executive reporting.
• Coordinate forecasts with Production and Finance to inform planning.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Act as liaison to Contracts and Government contracting teams.
