Socket.dev is seeking a hands-on Sales & Operations Manager for a luxury med spa. You will own sales performance, client consultations, and daily operations, driving revenue while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include leading the sales process, managing staff and operations, and partnering with marketing to execute growth initiatives. A strong, energetic leader with CRM/EMR experience excels in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales leadership and direct selling within aesthetics, wellness, luxury hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and managing operations in a customer-facing business.
• CRM and EMR proficiency.
• High-energy leader with excellent communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations, close high-value treatment plans, and upsell memberships and products.
• Own monthly and annual sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee daily spa operations and coordinate between sales, front desk, and providers.
• Ensure HIPAA, safety, and med spa protocols are followed.
• Plan in-house events and align marketing campaigns with sales strategies.
