Job summary

Be LOVE, a fast-growing functional beverage brand, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own all commercial operations from order processing to invoicing, payment collection, and analytics. You will tighten cross-functional ties between Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, building the operations engine for a high-growth CPG brand.

Based in New York in-office, you will manage retailer orders, onboarding, EDI, AR, deductions, and promotional tracking, delivering actionable insights that protect

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in CPG order management, AR, commercial operations, or trade management.
• Experience with major retailer portals and EDI.
• Strong understanding of trade spend, deductions, and retailer chargebacks.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; capable of building reports and KPIs.
• Experience building scalable processes in fast-paced startups; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retail order process from entry to fulfillment confirmation.
• Lead onboarding for new retail accounts, including item setup and EDI configuration.
• Maintain retailer portal data, pricing, images, and compliance documentation.
• Manage EDI setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting with retail partners.
• Generate invoices, track payments, and reconcile with Finance; ensure on-time cash collection.
• Investigate and resolve deductions/chargebacks in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Monitor trade spend, promotions, and KPI reporting; ensure accurate accruals.
