Job summary

LoadUp in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Sales & Operations Intern to rotate through sales development, CRM data management, and day-to-day operations, gaining insight into how a nationwide service platform runs.

You'll shadow live calls, support inbound leads, maintain data integrity across systems, and assist with scheduling and vendor coordination as LoadUp scales nationwide.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn through live sales calls to understand objection handling and closing.
• Support top-of-funnel by managing inbound leads via chat, text, and email.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and operations systems.
• Nurture leads with follow-up campaigns.
• Support scheduling, vendor coordination, and process tracking.
• Partner with Sales and Ops leadership to evaluate and improve scripts and workflows.
