LoadUp Technologies offers a fast-growing platform for on-demand junk removal and home services nationwide. The Sales & Operations Internship places you on the front lines of a dynamic logistics and sales organization, rotating through development, CRM data management, and daily operations.

You'll shadow live calls, manage inbound leads, maintain data integrity, and contribute to cross-functional process improvements while preparing for potential full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled or recent graduate in relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication ability.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Interest in logistics and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Shadow live sales calls and learn objection handling.
• Support inbound leads via chat, text, and email.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and operations systems.
• Nurture leads with follow-up campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and SOP tracking.
• Collaborate on process improvements with Sales and Ops teams.
