LoadUp is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Alpharetta, GA. You will engage potential customers, explain our services and pricing, and guide them through the seamless booking process—from initial contact to final scheduling.

You’ll use phone, email, chat, and text to build relationships and drive conversions. You’ll join a fast-paced sales team with weekend remote options and weekday in-office responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts including remote weekend work.
• Located in North Atlanta area with commuting to Alpharetta office.

Responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable ambassador for LoadUp—learn our services and pricing to guide customers through options.
• Deliver friendly, helpful service to every customer and prospect.
• Follow clear sales processes including using call scripts, updating lead and sales activity in our CRM, and managing your pipeline.
• Learn and master LoadUp’s internal software to help track orders and driver activity.
• Support customers through every step of the sales process, from first conversation to final scheduling.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound calls, chats, and texts from customers and prospects.
