LoadUp Technologies in Alpharetta, GA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused sales team.

You’ll engage with potential customers via phone, email, chat and text, guide them through the booking process, and track activity in our CRM.

This full-time role offers weekday in-office shifts with weekend remote options, competitive pay, health coverage, PTO, a 401(k) match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Located in the North Atlanta area and able to commute to Alpharetta for weekday shifts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for fast-paced work.
• Motivated to meet targets and help customers find the right solution.
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward a sale.

Responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable ambassador for LoadUp; learn services and pricing to guide customer options.
• Deliver friendly, helpful service to every customer and prospect.
• Follow sales processes including call scripts, updating lead activity in CRM, and managing pipeline.
• Learn LoadUp’s internal software to track orders and driver activity.
• Support customers through every step from first contact to final scheduling.
• Respond quickly to inbound calls, chats, and texts from customers and prospects.
• Stay engaged with leads via calls, emails, and texts to close sales.
