Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our Global Sales and Marketing organization in Lisle, IL for Summer 2027. In this position, you will support initiatives that improve business processes, drive adoption of new systems and tools, and help ensure our global sales organization is operating efficiently.

This role offers hands‑on experience working at the intersection of business operations, technology, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
• Interest in information systems, business technology, or process improvement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to present to groups.
• Ability to conduct detailed research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external research to identify opportunities for process and system optimization.
• Assist in developing adoption strategies and change management frameworks for new systems and system enhancements.
• Help establish metrics and reporting methods to measure the effectiveness and business value of new tools and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to business partners and leadership.
