Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, offers a 12-week Demand Planning Internship for Summer 2027 in Lisle, IL or Rochester Hills, MI. Interns will own a strategic project in planning, strategy and analytics and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to gain practical experience.

Interns will learn Koch's Principle-Based Management culture, participate in networking events, and contribute to real-world solutions that impact customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
• Available to work full-time throughout the 12-week Summer 2027 internship.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning Support: collect and analyze historical sales data to support accurate demand forecasting.
• Supply Planning Support through Demand Planning: review planning strategy and inventory levels with supply planners.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: use Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and Kinaxis to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
