Job summary

Molex, a Koch Company, is seeking Product Management Interns for Summer 2027 in Lisle, IL and Minneapolis, MN. This 12-week in-person internship offers hands-on experience in product development, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support roadmaps, track milestones, and present findings to leadership, gaining real-world exposure to electronics and connector technologies at Molex.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a STEM degree or equivalent program.
• Eligible for full-time employment by Summer 2029
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Willing to work in-person in Lisle, IL or Minneapolis, MN during the internship
• Demonstrated interest in engineering or technology

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic product and engineering initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Analyze customer, market, and product performance data to identify trends.
• Assist with requirements gathering and roadmap planning.
• Develop project dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Facilitate communication between engineering and operations.
• Participate in product development and continuous improvement.
• Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
