Job summary

Molex, a Koch Company, invites Engineering Interns to join our teams for a 12-week Summer 2027 program at our Lisle, IL headquarters. Interns work on real projects in CAD, automation, lean improvements, and quality analysis across multiple engineering disciplines.

Eligible students enrolled in STEM programs with U.S. work authorization are encouraged to apply. The internship is in-person nationwide, with opportunities to receive a full-time offer after completion.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a STEM degree or alternative program.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design electronic connectors using CAD software.
• Automate processes and standardize reporting.
• Conduct time studies and lean process improvements.
• Provide solutions to engineering problems.
• Lab testing and quality analysis for connector/cable products.
• Apply statistical analysis to time-sensitive data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members on hands-on tasks to meet objectives.
