Molex, a Koch Company, is seeking Early Career Engineer Interns to join our Global Sales & Marketing team for a 12-week internship. Interns will work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to sales engineering, business development, product management, marketing and customer engagement, and learn about Molex products and markets.

Open to students from engineering or business backgrounds who want to develop professional skills, network, and explore career opportunities within Molex.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and interested in sales, customer engagement, business development, product management, marketing, or technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and handle project-based work.

Responsibilities

• Complete a meaningful project aligned with business priorities and present recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
• Gain exposure to Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to support strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and drive project deliverables.
• Develop understanding of Molex products, solutions, customers, and end markets.
• Participate in professional development workshops, networking, and leadership discussions.
