Uline is offering a 2027 Sales Operations Internship to jump-start your career in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will work with sales experts on projects improving processes, creating training materials, and developing content to boost product and sales skills.

The program runs over a 12-week summer period for junior-status college students, with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and hands-on learning in an on-site corporate environment.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with eLearning or LMS software preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Sales team processes and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in creating training materials, including presentations, guides and eLearning modules.
• Research, design and develop training content focused on product and sales skills.
• Write summaries based on your insights and present findings to sales leadership.
