Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in financial analysis, business performance, and data-driven decision-making.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights; experience with data analysis and visualization tools is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and learning agility in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Refine forecasting and budgeting skills to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Strengthen financial acumen through analysis of financial results, KPIs, and business performance.
• Apply finance concepts to real business challenges involving costs, profitability, and cash flow management.
• Build experience with financial reporting processes that support accurate and timely insights.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations through analysis and storytelling.
