Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation invites an ambitious Strategy & Operations Intern to join our Atlanta HQ for a hands-on summer experience. You will work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to business strategy, internal operations, and customer success, and participate in mentorship, speaker sessions, and cohort activities.

Starting Week 1, you’ll own a project, develop your business acumen, and present outcomes at an Internship Expo.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Operations, Hospitality, Economics, or related field with a graduation date between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to translate complex info into recommendations.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility; able to adapt quickly and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology, innovation, and improving customer experiences; familiarity with restaurant operations; experience with MS Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Figma, Smartsheet, or market research platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a meaningful project from Week 1 and participate in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences.
• Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's leadership.
• Present your project and its impact at the Internship Expo and engage with leaders across the organization.

Your Impact as a Strategy & Operations Intern

As a Strategy & Operations Intern at NCR Voyix, you will gain firsthand exposure to the strategies, technologies, and operational decisions that help restaurant operators succeed in one of the world's most competitive industries.

Throughout the summer, you will support initiatives that influence business strategy, internal operations, and customer success. Your work will help shape decisions that improve how restaurant operators manage their business, serve their guests, and drive profitable growth.

What You'll Do

Starting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team, and gain insight into career paths within Strategy & Operations. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, customer experience, or related business functions
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Operations, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate across diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly, apply feedback, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology, innovation, and improving customer experiences; familiarity with restaurant operations and experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Figma, Smartsheet, or market research platforms preferred

Location

Internships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.

Duration

The NCR VOYIX Intern program runs from late May to early August.
