Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and summarize insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn about sales strategy, operations, and financial technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation activities by researching prospective customers and identifying target accounts.
• Support client outreach by preparing materials and coordinating communications with prospects and customers.
• Maintain and update CRM records for accurate accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
• Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify trends, support reporting, and provide insights for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with sales operations, marketing, and account teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
• Help prepare sales presentations, account summaries, and meeting materials for internal and customer-facing discussions.
• Document project outcomes, process improvements, and key learnings to support sales operations efficiency.
