Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, analytics, or process improvement
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field; expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning business technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, Smartsheet, Figma, or other data analysis and project management tools
• Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives by contributing to transformation projects that improve business operations and organizational effectiveness
• Conduct research and analysis to gather data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions
• Drive process improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and optimize workflows
• Manage project execution through project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, and coordination of key initiatives
• Develop executive communications including presentations, business updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials
