Job summary

HAKOWARE by Harvest Pack Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to manage the wholesale order lifecycle, from entry to delivery, interfacing with sales, warehouse, inventory, AR, and freight carriers.

You will ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide strong customer and logistics support. The role requires 1–3+ years in sales support, order processing, or freight logistics, with ERP and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP order management systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong Excel proficiency and data accuracy.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process wholesale customer orders accurately in ERP and verify pricing, inventory, and due dates.
• Coordinate with logistics to schedule shipments, prepare paperwork, and track delivery progress.
• Support warehouse, inventory, AR, and sales teams to resolve stock, pricing, or transit issues.
