Job summary

Blueberry Medical PA is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations leader to optimize HubSpot workflows, governance, and reporting for our nationwide pediatric care platform. You will configure HubSpot Sales Hub, build dashboards, and partner with sales, marketing, client success, and finance to improve deal flow.

This is an individual contributor role with potential to grow into a broader function as we scale; the position offers equity and a performance bonus. Remote, United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience.
• Advanced HubSpot Sales Hub administration experience.
• Strong pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Proven ability to improve processes in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred: experience with AI-enabled workflows; healthcare or SaaS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot Sales Hub administration, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Establish CRM governance and data standards with leadership.
• Own pipeline dashboards and forecasting reporting.
• Build repeatable sales processes from prospecting to contracting.
• Coordinate with marketing, client success, and finance to remove bottlenecks.
• Apply AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency.
