Job Summary: The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations function to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity within the commercial sales, marketing and virtual sales teams. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support the achievement of sales targets and business growth. The Director of Sales Operations will manage a team of analysts working with sales commission plans, territory design, and operational projects.

Working Conditions:
The base salary and target annual incentive for this remote role is between $180,000- $280,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our Long Term Incentive program. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
