Paritii is a boutique strategy, design, and execution firm using technology—and increasingly, artificial intelligence—as a force for justice. We specialize in helping mission-aligned organizations operationalize data-driven strategies that drive social impact at scale.

Our work sits at the intersection of AI innovation, inclusive product development, and systems change, and we partner with Fortune 500s, international institutions, government agencies, and technology startups to design and deliver measurable, equity-centered solutions.

We are the creators of two flagship AI offerings:

  • Swyft- a groundbreaking AI platform transforming the student experience. Swyft uses generative AI to increase capacity and personalization in student support systems, addressing the chronic problem of advisor-to-student ratio imbalances in higher education. The product is actively used by universities to drive both retention and equity in student outcomes.
  • The Parity Benchmark — an industry-first AI fairness evaluation framework designed to help organizations assess and reduce demographic bias in AI systems. Developed in collaboration with academic and policy partners, it has been featured in peer-reviewed research (Springer AI & Ethics) and national media (PR Newswire).

From our proprietary Responsible AI tools to our

sector-specific impact products, Paritii’s ambition is clear: to scale the positive power of artificial intelligence. Over the next three years, our AI-powered portfolio is expected to become the primary revenue engine of the firm.

At Paritii, social justice isn’t an add-on—it’s built into the DNA of how we design, who we serve, and why we build.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and commercially-oriented Associate Director of AI Strategy & Operations to join our growing team. You’ll act as the business and operational backbone of our AI vertical—leading go-to-market strategy, overseeing revenue-driving initiatives, and helping execute on our most high-priority AI programs.

This is a builder’s role: you’ll help translate big ideas into structured plans, ensure those plans get executed on time and on budget, and work across business development, strategic planning, and delivery functions to bring our Responsible AI vision to life.

You will work directly with the Director of AI Transformation and interface regularly with Paritii’s executive team and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy & Operations: Drive day-to-day strategy execution and operational planning for Paritii’s AI portfolio. Design KPIs, track performance, and manage the cross-functional rhythm of the vertical.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead end-to-end GTM efforts for new and existing AI products—from segmentation and pricing, to competitive positioning, to launch planning.
  • Pipeline Development: Partner with the Director of AI Transformation and CEO to identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities. Support client acquisition, RFP responses, grant writing, and partnership development.
  • Program Management: Own timelines, budgets, and delivery plans for major AI initiatives. Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and strategy teams.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborators. Help lead discovery sessions, craft proposals, and support long-term value creation across engagements.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor AI trends, competitor movements, and ecosystem shifts. Translate insights into actionable strategy for the vertical.
  • Team Enablement: Mentor and support junior consultants, analysts, and operations staff. Build lightweight systems and processes that help the team scale efficiently.

Who You Are

Professional Experience

  • 5–8+ years in top tier management consulting or in strategy/operator roles in a tech startup, VC firm, or scaled product organization.
  • Experience in B2B go-to-market, product strategy, business development, or operations management.
  • Track record of structuring complex workstreams, managing clients, and driving tangible business results.
  • Exposure to AI, educational technologies, emerging tech, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus—but not required if you’re a quick learner.

Education

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or other advanced degree.
  • Strong academic background in business, economics, public policy, or a technical field preferred.
  • Management consulting toolkit: problem structuring, executive communication, stakeholder management, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with an execution mindset—you can go from high-level frameworks to GTM checklists in one breath.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Collaborative, low-ego leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep commitment to justice, equity, and technology for good.

Why This Role Is Special

  • Impact + Growth: You’ll directly contribute to the development of high-impact AI products that serve social good—and help scale Paritii’s fastest-growing vertical.
  • Ownership: This isn’t a back-office strategy role—you’ll be on the front lines of decision-making, client conversations, and revenue strategy.
  • Culture: Join a team that values excellence, autonomy, curiosity, and mission alignment. We keep things smart, humble, and human.
  • Flexibility: Work from where you want, when you want. As long as the work gets done, you have full flexibility.
  • Competitive salary, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision (including infertility support).
  • 14 days PTO plus two-week paid annual office closure (Dec–Jan).
  • Voluntary benefits: life, legal, long-term care, pet insurance, etc.
  • Lifestyle benefits including EAP, commuter incentives, and discounts for you and your community.
