Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, sales materials, and business reviews.
• Support customer communication, follow-up activities, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, sales databases, and customer records.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to track KPIs, pipeline activity, and trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, and Customer Service to support customer needs.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve prospecting, insights, data analysis, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate sales activities with AI and digital tools.
• Participate in customer meetings, internal reviews, and special projects as assigned.
• Support lead generation and business development through research and outreach.
