Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies – New Richmond is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage customer communications, orders, and delivery coordination. You will ensure data accuracy in Epicor and HubSpot, support contract reviews, and assist with forecasting and pricing decisions.

Ideal candidates have an Associates degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications and relationships across orders and inquiries.
• Oversee sales operations, order entry, and ERP/CRM data integrity in Epicor and HubSpot.
• Coordinate delivery dates, negotiate ship dates, and handle returns and corrective actions.
• Support marketing, trade shows, pricing, and customer leads tracking in HubSpot.
