Job summary

Applied Control in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales organization, coordinate meetings, and assist with onboarding new sales team members. You will manage CRM data, prepare communications, and support cross-functional activities with marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with CRM systems—Salesforce strongly preferred (or quick to learn).
• Experience working with a medium-sized sales team (10–40 members).
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the VP’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedule prioritization.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level communication materials.
• Track deliverables, action items, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and logistics.
• Support both Marketing and CRM utilization from an administrative perspective
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales organization, including meeting coordination, training logistics, document preparation, and communication support.
• Assist with onboarding new sales team members and ensuring smooth integration with systems, processes, and team workflows.
• Support customer follow up and management escalation as necessary
• Perform routine CRM updates, data entry, and basic pipeline maintenance to ensure accuracy and alignment with company processes.
