Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The role provides comprehensive support for the sales team and inside sales administration, requiring high organization and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with MS Office, Salesforce or SAP, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly rate and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary systems; SAP and Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify bid, project, and supply opportunities for Crafco products.
• Maintain opportunities in Salesforce and route to Sales/Contract Administration.
• Provide backup support to Contract/Sales Administration team.
• Assist with bid preparation, registrations, contracts, renewals, and insurance requirements.
• Provide first-line Salesforce support for the Sales organization.
