Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the sales team and inside sales/administration, with strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email systems.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify bid, project, and supply opportunities for Crafco products.
• Qualify opportunities, maintain information in Salesforce, route to Sales/Contract Administration.
• Provide backup support to Contract/Sales Administration with research, tracking, deadlines, renewals.
• Assist with bid preparation, registrations, contracts, renewals, insurance requirements, and related activities.
• Provide first-line Salesforce support for the Sales organization.
• Support Regional and Territory Managers with administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain sales operations procedures and training resources.
• Identify improvements to Sales Operations processes and communication.
• Support special projects and changing priorities as needed.
• Develop proficiency in QuoteWerks, SAP, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
