Job summary

Perfecto Tool & Engineering Co., Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support quoting and accounts payable, leveraging CRM and ERP systems for data entry, reporting, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer interaction experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with ERP/CRM exposure preferred. The role involves collaboration with Sales and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or related field, or 3 years sales/customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quoting – Intake and process RFQ requests from customers.
• Billing – Prepare billing from vendors (Accounts Payable).
• Reporting – Prepare daily and weekly reporting.
• Customer support – Assist customers with inquiries related to Sales process.
• Continuous improvement – Work with Operations to evolve systems and processes including testing, design, and other activities.
• Admin – Administrative tasks and other duties as assigned in support of the Perfecto Team.
