Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support regional sales reporting and goal tracking. The role requires onsite work three days per week at our CenterPoint East showroom in Pittston, PA, and collaborates with regional sales managers to ensure targets are met.

The SOC handles customer-facing showroom duties, coordinates meetings, and prepares regular business reports. Strong MS Office skills and teamwork are essential to success in this family-owned, long-standing company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional sales reporting and goal tracking.
• Support regional sales managers as needed.
• Assist territory reps and coordinate regional meetings.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Open/close CenterPoint, greet guests, and manage showroom basics.
