Job summary

Dematic is seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator to support the Amazon sales team and help Account Managers with Salesforce activity, pricing support, and opportunity administration. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, responding to customer inquiries, and balancing workload to keep opportunities moving.

Hybrid, full-time position based in a U.S. location with opportunities for growth within Dematic’s lifecycle services.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role experience acceptable; strong interest in building a career in sales or account management.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or operations is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, update, and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Support Account Managers with Salesforce administration and pricing support.
• Prepare commercial materials, quotes, and documentation for opportunities.
• Follow up on customer leads and referrals to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate site research, scope details, and internal handoffs for opportunities.
• Take ownership of regional or small-scale opportunities as needed.
