Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a qualified dispatcher to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. You will maintain accurate data in systems, schedule and coordinate calls, and ensure customers are informed of appointment times and changes.

The role requires strong multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. On-site work at the Sharonville, OH location with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in customer service or a related role.
• Dispatching experience is desirable and helpful in coordinating service calls.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and resolves customer issues professionally and timely.
• Schedules service, maintenance, and sales calls with customers and technicians.
• Communicates appointment times and updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Plans and routes technicians based on availability, skills, and location.
• Maintains accurate data in relevant systems and updates dispatch boards.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports the sales team as needed.
