• 3+ years of experience in Sales Support or related roles.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and support order entry.
• Track orders and coordinate updates through fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers about orders, shipments, and service requests.
• Coordinate NDAs, contracts, and related documents.
• Maintain CRM records and support pipeline management.
• Route leads and assist with sales workflow coordination.
• Generate reports and support sales process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and Legal teams.
• Assist with quote revisions and general sales administration.
