iHeartMedia in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage pre- and post-sale processes, coordinate campaign execution across platforms, and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and collaborates with Account Executives to generate proposals, process orders, and handle billing requests.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a sales support or operational role.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude with Salesforce and Veritone knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Understand and support the sales process used by iHeartMedia Sales teams.
• Enter and revise orders.
• Submit special billing requests; work with Billing team to ensure smooth payments.
• Work with Account Executives to generate proposals.
• Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times and airchecks.
• Assist the sales team with sales material creation and recaps.
