Job summary

iHeartMedia in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support and deliver exceptional client service. You’ll help manage the pre- and post-sale process, coordinate campaign execution across platforms, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with Salesforce, Veritone, and Microsoft Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, and Veritone a plus.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• A great attitude, flexibility, and creativity!
• An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams
• Enter and revise orders
• Submit special billing requests
• Work alongside our billing team to ensure smooth payments
• Work with Account Executives to generate proposals
• Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times and airchecks
• Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps
