Job summary

iHeartMedia in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support and deliver exceptional client service. You will help manage the pre- and post-sale process, coordinate campaign execution across platforms, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn about media sales

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Veritone is a plus.
• -Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the sales process used by iHeartMedia Sales teams.
• Enter and revise orders and submit special billing requests.
• Work with Account Executives to generate proposals and responses.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure smooth payments and timelines.
• Assist with sales material creation and campaign recaps.
