Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team, manage pre- and post-sale processes, and coordinate campaign execution across platforms. The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales support, strong organization, proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and a positive, flexible mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or operational support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude with Salesforce; Veritone is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Positive attitude, flexibility and creativity.
• Understanding of media sales or eagerness to learn.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams.
• Enter and revise orders.
• Submit special billing requests and work with billing to ensure smooth payments.
• Work with Account Executives to generate proposals.
• Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times and airchecks.
• Assist the sales team with sales material creation and recaps.
