Toray Composite Materials America is seeking a Sales Coordinator I in Tacoma to manage purchase orders, coordinate shipments, and support the sales team. You will collaborate with production, planning, and administration to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, customer service role, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Import/Export laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate shipments (domestic and international).
• Review orders for compliance and maintain accurate order records.
• Track status through production to ensure on-time delivery and approvals.
• Coordinate with carriers and inform customers of delivery schedules; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and perform root-cause analysis for issues.
