Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Office 365 is essential.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• Process customer orders and change orders when Salesmen are unavailable.
• Compile information for the quarterly Sales/Marketing newsletter.
• Update photographs for homes and options; maintain dealer series/model info on Champion websites.
• Arrange Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Type, fax, and mail department correspondence.
• Review accounts receivable for past-due monies and report issues to the Sales Manager.
