Job summary

Champion Home Builders seeks a Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen at the Sugarcreek, OH manufacturing facility. The role supports daily operations across Marketing and Sales programs and ensures smooth customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of related experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high organization and prioritization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365; strong computer skills required
• Ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment; detail oriented
• Experience in sales support and customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers and assist Salesmen
• Take customer orders and process changes when Salesmen are unavailable
• Support the Marketing and Sales Department information flow for quarterly newsletters
• Maintain home images, options, and dealer information; manage retailer schematics
• Organize Foundation and Retail meeting arrangements; handle correspondence
• Monitor accounts receivable and report issues to Sales Manager

Champion Homes is seeking to hire a Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Sugarcreek, OH manufacturing facility of Skyline Homes!

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• When Salesmen not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
• Keeps photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Types, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.
• Checks accounts receivable for past-due monies. Reports problems to the Sales Manager.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
