Responsibilities

• Answer overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• Process customer orders and change orders when Salesmen are unavailable.
• Compile information for the quarterly Sales/Marketing newsletter.
• Update photographs for homes and options; maintain dealer series/model info on Champion websites.
• Arrange Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Type, fax, and mail department correspondence.
• Review accounts receivable for past-due monies and report issues to the Sales Manager.

Champion Homes is seeking to hire a Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Sugarcreek, OH manufacturing facility of Skyline Homes!

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary: Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
• When Salesmen not available take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
• Compiles information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
• Keeps photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
• Organize arrangements for Foundation and Retail meetings.
• Types, faxes, and mails correspondence for the department.
• Checks accounts receivable for past-due monies. Reports problems to the Sales Manager.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
