Qualifications

• Experience supporting B2B sales organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to drive growth within key accounts.
• Process orders accurately and on time; manage revisions and documentation.
• Generate quotes and ensure pricing aligns with guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and generate reports/dashboards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and cash flow controls.
• Support quarterly business reviews and account planning.
